Steps in Customer Rating Approval Process

  1. Vendor submits a rating for a customer after an order is completed
  2. Admin opens the Customer Rating Approval section
  3. Admin reviews the rating and order details
  4. Admin approves or rejects the rating
  5. If approved, the rating becomes visible on the storefront

Rating Visibility on Storefront

  • Only approved ratings are displayed
  • Rejected ratings are not shown
  • Pending ratings remain hidden until reviewed
